Whistleblowing policy
1. Aims
This policy encourages staff to raise concerns about wrongdoing at work, and protects them from detriment when they do.
2. How to raise a concern
Raise concerns with your line manager, your headteacher, or the trust's whistleblowing officer, Tobias Wrenfield. Concerns about the CEO go to the chair of trustees.
3. External reporting
You can also report concerns to a prescribed person, such as the Department for Education.
